Research platform mapping how codon dynamics shift with biological context. Wobble-position modifications, tRNA pools, ribosome profiling, enzyme-knockout experiments, and 26 reanalyzed NCBI GEO patient datasets, joined into one reproducible pipeline.
The Code
We mapped the wobble position and the rules that hold the codon stream together. A 61-codon biochemistry table from MODOMICS records the required tRNA modification, responsible enzyme, decoding efficiency, and vulnerability class for every sense codon.
Code–Disease Interaction
How disease intersects with the wobble system, in both directions: published disease cohorts show systematic modification loss, and engineered wobble disruption produces phenotypes consistent with disease. 26 GEO datasets reanalyzed with fixed |log2FC| and FDR cutoffs.
Therapeutics
Starting from RNA disruption profiles and landing on approved drugs. Fisher exact test p=5e-8, odds ratio 4.63 proves the entire upstream framework.
